A Shorten Labor Government will rollout 21stcentury optic fibre to Gladstone.
An incoming Shorten Labor Government will direct NBN Co to prioritise the rollout of Fibre-to-the-Premises to approximately 16,000 homes and businesses in Gladstone, including in:
- Barney Point, Byellee, Callemondah, Clinton, Gladstone Central, Glen Eden, Kin Kora, Kirkwood, New Auckland, South Gladstone, Sun Valley, Telina, Toolooa and West Gladstone.
Fast broadband creates jobs. This is why a Shorten Labor Government will roll out Fibre-to-the-Premises to up to two million homes and businesses across the nation, including approximately 16,000 homes and businesses in Gladstone.
In 2013, Malcolm Turnbull promised that the people of Gladstone would get the NBN this year.
Three years later and the rollout of Malcolm Turnbulls second rate NBN has not even started.
The people of Gladstone have been forgotten by the Liberals.
Only Labor will fix Malcolm Turnbulls mess and deliver the vital infrastructure of the 21st century to Gladstone.
